Lawrence and Marcus met in 2004 and immediately became good friends. They quickly discovered they had similar goals, business philosophies, and shared a passion for practicing real estate with a personal touch. In 2006, they formed Mahool Nance Realtors, and every year since, no matter what the market conditions or economic challenges faced, their business has continued to grow and prosper. Working together as equal partners, they have a shared responsibility to each other, and every customer, and employ a two-is-better-than-one approach, often teaming up to provide double the availability, market knowledge, and problem-solving necessary to achieve success for their clients in a tough and ever-changing market. This approach has led to an unmatched track record of Client Satisfaction and hundreds of transactions with repeat and personally referred clients. After well over 15 years of working side by side, it's obvious why they get along so well- they share a common thread of truly caring about not just each of their clients and their families, but the ethical responsibility that comes with helping people with the largest purchases, sales, and investments of their lives.

Lawrence grew up in Harrisonburg, Virginia, a college town in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. After spending his college years in small towns (Radford and James Madison Universities), he was seeking more of a city life and moved south to Charlotte taking a job in the airline industry (late 90's). During his nearly ten year stint with the airline he was able to travel all over the world and is still full of wanderlust! In late 2001, due to the tragic impact of 9/11 he was furloughed from his airline job for seven months. It was during that time that he decided to obtain a real estate license and start a career in real estate. In 2006 he formally partnered with Marcus Nance to form The Mahool Nance Team and they've never looked back. The team has built a brand and a resume that prides itself on consistent five star customer service and is regularly recognized as one of the highest producers in their firm. Lawrence lives in the Southpark area of Charlotte, has one son who's currently enjoying his middle school years, is an obsessive Panther's fan, and spends his free time running, trying out new restaurants around Charlotte, camping or traveling somewhere new!

A native North Carolinian and a proud graduate of East Carolina University, Marcus has lived in Charlotte since 2000 and has been a Realtor here since 2004. He loves turning customers into clients, and clients into friends. Marcus is committed to helping his clients achieve their best outcome, and never stops looking out for their best interest. Like Lawrence, Marcus is a massive Carolina Panthers fan, and also loves following his ECU Pirates football team. Growing up in NC, he's been spoiled on traveling from the Blue Ridge Mountains, to the Outer Banks, and loves to share all things NC with newcomers.

A native Charlottean, Zach grew up in Dilworth, and attended Myers Park High School. After high school he went on to study at the University of San Diego, obtaining a B.B.A in Real Estate. Pursuing his passion for Real Estate and his love for all things Charlotte, he returned home and began his career. With a lifelong understanding of the area, and a degree in the field, Zach is eager and capable to handle all of your local real estate needs. Outside of real estate, Zach loves attending sporting events for the various Charlotte-area teams, checking out new restaurants & bars around town, and heading for the coast or mountains whenever time allows.
